Determining Your Server Number

The Server Number of the computer hosting your site should be included near the bottom of your setup email. If you no longer have a copy, we have placed one on your site at:

    http://YOURDOMAIN.com/setup

Of that page is no longer available or it does not include this information, you can determine the server number by logging into your account via telnet. Click on the word telnet for further instructions. The te.netmand prompt will include the server number.

For example, if your site is named "xyz.com", and when you login by means of telnet, the telnet prompt looks like this:

www20:/web/guide/xyz#

you will then know that your server number is 20.

This would be used in a secure hyperlink like this:

<a href="https:www20.xynext.com/xyz/www/secureform.htm">

It's that simple!
