Click on your Start Button and then
on Programs.
Select Netscape Communicator
=> Utilities => User Profile Manager .
Click on New .
Click on Next .
Type your Full Name as you wish it
to appear on your outgoing email.
Enter your Email Address for this
second profile.
Click on Next. Enter a Profile Name
that you will use to refer to this setup.
We do not recommend changing the
default directory shown in the second box.
Click on Next.
You will need to re-enter your name and email address information.
Type your Full Name as you wish it
to appear on your outgoing email.
Enter your Email Address for this
second profile.
Use your domain name for the
Outgoing mail (SMTP) server. If your outgoing mail will not send at first, try changing
this setting to mail.yourdomain.com .
Click on next.
Enter the userID for this account
as listed on the confirmation email we send you after creating the additional mailbox.
Type your domain name for the
Incoming Mail Server. If this does not work at first, use mail.yourdomain.com .
The Mail Server type is a POP3.
Click on Next.
We do not provide a News (NNTP)
server. If your ISP does, you will need to ask them for its address (this step is optional
and can be skipped).
Click on Finish.
Netscape should now ask you which
profile you wish to use on startup.
